Special Education Programs

Opportunity

Students who have experienced challenges in their learning and meet the requirements for Opportunity Programming are eligible to register in this select program. Students must be pre-registered with the assistance of their current school using the SNAP Process. Registration is limited. For more information visit the district site here.

Behaviour Learning Assistance/Opportunity 

Students who have experienced challenges in both their learning and behaviour and meet the requirements for specialized placement are eligible for this  program. Students must be pre-registered with the assistance of their current school and the SNAP Process. Registration is limited. For more information visit the district site here.

English Language Learning

The English Language Learning Program was added to our school in January 2007 to address the needs of our new students arriving from around the world. We have new students from Palestine, India, Pakistan, East Africa and Afghanistan, and Mexico to name only a few international locations. Many of our new students require intensive language learning to be successful in their schooling. For more information, visit the district site here.
